Casa Aliona – Luxury 7BR Villa with Heated Pool in Puerto Vallarta

Welcome to Casa Aliona. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please observe the following house rules: • Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing. • Only the guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. All additional guests and daytime visitors must be disclosed and approved in advance. Additional fees may apply. • Parties, events, professional photography, filming, or commercial activities are not permitted without prior written approval. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep music and conversations at a reasonable level, particularly on the terraces and around the pool. • Outside service providers, including chefs, caterers, decorators, and other vendors, are not permitted without prior approval. Casa Aliona will be happy to arrange trusted local services for you. • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the villa. • Pets are not permitted. • Please do not bring glassware into the pool or jacuzzi areas. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Diving and unsafe behavior around the pool are not permitted. • Please do not move indoor furniture outside or rearrange heavy furniture without assistance from our team. • Decorations must be approved in advance. Confetti, glitter, adhesives, nails, and anything that may stain or damage the property are not permitted. • Please report any damage, breakage, maintenance issue, or accident to the villa host immediately. Guests are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay. Thank you for treating Casa Aliona with care and respect.
