Beautiful 1bd/1ba condo, w/balcony, rooftop pool, Romantic Zone

Our 1st time using and ********. This place was so great . Secure Building . The location can't be beat . In between mantamar and the club zone. Restaurant and shoppinh blocks away . We didn't realize it was off season, middle of July. We are Seattle guys and we do not do humidity. Coming home after a day at the beach into an AC unit was heaven . I just cant say enough . No surprises, no hassles getting or checking out . Our little secret now . Thanks so much

Excellent condo, great location for visiting PV zona romantica!

My partner and I enjoyed seven nights at this lovely apartment, within great proximity to all the romantic zone has to offer. The space has everything you need and a rooftop pool / jacuzzi with chaise lounges and a bbq. Todd and Patrick made the booking easy, and we were greeted by Patrick who gave us the initial tour and handed us the keys. It's got a Mexico neighborhood vibe with fun people watching from both the rooftop pool and side balcony to enjoy sunset cocktails.. half a block away is Garbo's piano bar, The Tryst hotel, Cocoa's Kitchen, and two nice restaurants; The Swedes a longtime favorite, and Flavors of Swell...

We had a great 7-night stay at Todd’s place. The location is great – about 2 blocks from the water and down the road from many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The unit is very quiet. With the bedroom being sandwiched between the living room and bathroom, we hardly heard anything outside at night. To help escape the Mexican heat, the condo is equipped with a 2 ceiling fans and 2 air conditioners. The unit is well set-up with lots of towels (both bath and beach), a hotel safe, a water purifier, and a nicely equipped kitchen. The roof top pool is a nice treat, which heats up during the day from the Mexican sun. The roof top pool deck has a comfortable lounge area and great views of the city and ocean. This was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Communication with Todd (and Patrick) was great. Patrick met us upon arrival and came by (as scheduled) to check us out. All in all, a nice relaxing week in the sun in a great place for exploring and relaxing. Thanks for a great stay and we hope we can do it again soon!

My stay at this condo was a wonderful experience. I would stay there again. It was an even special surprise that the toilet had a bidet which I have in my own home too. Patrick showed up to give me the key and an even better bonus was the 6 pack of beer in the fridge. It's walking distance to the beach and close to everything. I couldn't get the tv in the bedroom to work so I just saw it in the living room although I didn't go there to watch TV. Check in was a breeze and I was met with a smile! The condo is super well stocked with amenities that made my stay effortless. The condo has a great layout - nice balcony - comfortable bedroom. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Booked this wonderful condo in Zona Romantica (Puerto Vallarta) for 9 nights — perfect location! Very short walking distance to beach and all restaurants and shopping. The condo was spacious, clean, very well equipped kitchen for cooking. Wonderful bathroom with plenty of extra towels and a large shower area with lots of water pressure! I'm planning on booking this place again very soon.

We just had an amazing stay in Zona Romantica, the heart of Puerto Vallarta, thanks to Todd. His location was great, clean, and easy to access. We were met by Patrick to show us the condo and ensure we were set for a great weekend. The roof top pool was perfect for day time lounging and night views. Will definitely be back. Great location as it is close to the beach and to the restaurants and bars. Nice quiet building and condo is very tastefully done with wonderful spacious shower. I will definitely consider staying here in the future!
