It has airconditioning, a kitchen with bar and sitting area with sofa. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, there is a coffeemachine and a stove with oven. There is a fan in the bedroom and livingroom. Around the corner you will find the lgtbq+ piano bar Garbo and many more. There is a shared rooftop terrace on the top floor with lounge chairs and rooftop patio furniture.

I absolutely loved my stay at this wonderful unit in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone! The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything you could possibly need, from restaurants to shops and the beautiful beach. The unit is spotless and equipped with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. The host Gerwin was exceptionally responsive and helpful, making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Gerwin is an excellent communicator, pleasant to deal with, and very responsive. There were a few glitches due to the recent hurricane, but they were worked out quickly with very good communication. The shower head was a bit problematic but I believe Gerwin will take care of that. The location can't be beat....and great value.

I stayed at Gerwin and Roger's small condo (apartment) for six nights near the end of the off-season (mid-October). I thought the rate (value) for that time was very good. It was nice to have a king bed. The location is great for walking around the Zona Romantica and accessing the restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. Also, taxis are readily available at all hours.
