Casa Pavo Real -- Huge Private Terrace, Ocean Views, Steps to Beach

A very nice atmosphere and complete kitchen. Wonderful view from the outside deck. Very comfortable and very big bed. The water pressure in the shower was superb. Also all the spray options in the shower are wonderful. At first we were a bit intimidated by the houserule but it all made sense because the appartement had beautiful wooden features. It deserves to be taken care of. Wonderful contact with our remote host. Thank you Dan!

Dan's condo is perfect for two. The location is great for anyone who enjoys hearing the waves roll in and likes a short walk to the beach and a great view. The concierge was helpful and informative. We used the laundry service and were pleased with the results. I would recommend the location and would definitely go back

From the moment I walked into Cas Pavo Real I knew we had made the right decision to rent it for our week in Puerto Vallarta. It was much bigger than it appears in the photos, lots of room to stretch and out good separation of spaces. It was very clean and everything you might need was provided, I was still discovering items the last few days of our stay – board games, shopping bags for your outings, an umbrella, beach towels, plenty of dishes and tableware, etc.. We didn’t take advantage of the stove and pots and pans – probably would have saved money if we had but was only a short walk to the Porch down the street and another 5 minutes to Coco’s where we became a regular for delicious breakfasts. Location, location, location – nestled between the Blue Chairs and Alamar Resort and only a short walk to beach if you took the path down from level 4. A choice of beach clubs if spending the day but easy access if you just wanting to walk up and down the beach. Easy access to the Romantic Zone and all the bars and restaurants – but without the noise and crowds. Lastly, my favorite part was the large patio where I spent much of my time and kept cool by ceiling fan....loved listening to the waves crashing below (yes you can actually hear them). The competing party/disco music from adjacent hotels could be an issue if you go to bed early, but they always shut down by 11:00 and nights were very quiet. Already thinking about your next visit and this condo is at the top of my list.

What a great experience. Everything was great. There are some minor things that need to be fixed but the overall was great. We even made it thru a hurricane!

Great location to the beach, romantic district and great restaurants and bars. Access was very easy, condo was very clean and comfortable. I will stay there again!!!

Casa Pavo Real is the perfect spot for a fun getaway in the heart of gay Puerto Vallarta! As soon as we booked Dan sent a detailed guide, and again just before we arrived. Check-in was simple. The location is perfect. Short walks to the beach clubs, restaurants and bars but also a nice quiet location when you need a break. Lovely condo - perfect space and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again and will tell our friends!

I was traveling solo and Dan was incredible in communicating everything I needed to know about local places to eat, ride shares, scenic spots to enjoy, and the inside scoop of Puerto Vallarta's beauty. Dan's home is just steps away from the major LGBTQ scene, yet tranquilly tucked away above it, giving you a most spectacular view of Playa De Muertos. Dan provided every little detail to make myself feel at home. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Dan for your hospitality and your beautiful oasis!
