The neighborhood offers some of the best restaurants, clubs, bars, lounges and cafes in PV.

While children and pets are both adorable, this unit is meant as a getaway for 2 adults.
Although there’s a vibrant “fiesta” atmosphere in the neighborhood, please refrain from late night parties in the unit. Please be thoughtful of your neighbors.
Building quiet time is 11 PM.
Please be careful not to scratch, mark, or damage the wood furniture. Drinks “sweat” in the heat, so please use the colorful coasters provided. The glass table tops are tempered, but they’re still glass, so please be mindful. If you have any chemicals (eg., sunblock, sprays, makeup, or any oils/lubricants), please do not make skin contact on furniture, sheets, or bedspread. These chemicals are very difficult to remove and can cause permanent staining. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
