First, let me start by saying...this beautiful place is In the very HEART of the gayest street of all Dallas.
- Walking distance to Katy Trail - Minutes by car from Downtown
- Minutes away from "Uptown" -- an always busy part of Dallas with sports bars, dance clubs, and fine-dining restaurants
- Walking distance from the best GAY bars and clubs in the city (literally down the street -- it would be like staying on top of the Abbey, if you were in LA.)
- Close to various parks, including the Robert E Lee Park (Turtle Creek for the locals), or Reverchon Park. They truly are beautiful just for a short stroll.
- Down "Douglas Ave" are two essentials to your trip to Dallas, "Gloria's," a great Mexican option (Lemmon/Douglas) and "PokeBop," a poke shop extravaganza (Lemmon/Douglas)
- Last but not least, downstairs, there are two must-eats: 1) a respectable and moderately priced Sushi restaurant, "Ai Sushi" and 2) the best burritos on this side of Oaklawn, "Tacos Y Mas" - is open late on weekends AND weekdays. We recommend highly "The Big D" breakfast burrito. Try it!!
