Nice apartment. Good-sized bedroom. The location is somewhat out of the way but Dijon is easy to access by car (5 minutes). No difficulty parking either in town or at the bottom of the building. Florian is friendly and considerate, however, we hardly saw him (maximum 15 minutes in 3 days). He doesn't sleep on the premises. As a result, the rental should be viewed as a hybrid between self-catering accommodation and shared housing. We found that a shame, firstly because we choose shared accommodations to exchange a minimum with hosts and enrich our experience, even though we are fairly independent, and secondly because we weren't in a self-catering rental either where we could have organized ourselves freely, since Florian would occasionally drop by.

I liked my stay at the place, Fabian was an agreeable host. Would come back any time.

Flexible with arrival, and a very beautiful well-maintained apartment, friendly, quiet neighborhood and close to the park. Florian was thoughtful and considerate about anything that was missing. I recommend with eyes closed.

The host was fine, but we only saw her briefly. If you're looking for friendly interaction, this might not be the right place. However, it's perfectly suitable for a practical overnight stay.

I found my worst MisterBnB experience with Florian, by far. A welcome that consisted of leaving the door open so he could continue his ironing, the TV blaring loudly. A forced smile, but not a glass of water offered nor a wifi code. For the meal, he heads to his kitchen to dine in front of his computer. Over the entire evening, we exchanged at most 50 words. In the end, I had the very unpleasant sensation of being a ghost. So all of this is possible, even if it's not in line with what I expect from this type of accommodation. But it's good to know beforehand. I would have clearly preferred to be at a hotel, especially given the price of the night. Otherwise the apartment is fine (you just need to increase the heating in winter). To book when Florian isn't there. Or come with your ironing to do!
