I welcome you to my home in a calm, warm and respectful place, designed to offer relaxation, comfort and kindness.
I practice naturism, but I naturally adapt to everyone: just let me know if you prefer me to be covered. Respecting each person's rhythm, limits and comfort is an absolute priority. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and non-judgmental, with particular attention paid to discretion and serenity.
It's a simple, welcoming space, conducive to rest, exchange and a break from the daily grind, in a climate of trust.
đĄ The apartment has a total capacity of 4 people (2 double beds) and offers: đ Night space: a comfortable night space, separated from the main room by a blackout curtain. Common areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom and WC) are shared.

Very nice, very clean and well-decorated apartment. Manuel greeted me in his underwear, which didn't bother me, but afterward I found him very distant and he's a bit obsessive (I had spilled a few drops of water on his parquet coming out of the shower and it bothered him;;;;;) great place to sleep but not for chatting

Thank you for your compliments. When I returned, the smell of feces permeated the apartment. As for the "a few drops of water", you came out of the shower soaking wet to see me, despite my request for you to dry off. There were puddles everywhere and I had to mop: far from just a few drops! The next day, the white curtain was soiled with feces and had to be washed at 60°C. Being attentive to cleanliness is therefore not being "obsessive". Finally, your photo didn't seem to match your appearance and you told me your name was Mark when the account was under the name Yan.

Florian is not very attentive. Clearly, talking with me was not of interest to him. He was just "cordial". Nothing more...

With just one night and a late arrival, we didn't have many opportunities to interact. However, I'm still delighted that you didn't lack anything because I always make sure my travelers have everything they need to fully enjoy their stay đ

Despite the chaotic arrival due to transport, Florian was able to manage my arrival, even if it was by message. The bus line near his home is a real plus for helping to visit Dijon during the day with a charming park nearby. Even though he is not present every evening at the apartment, he remains reachable via the app for any questions we might have or information he needs to communicate. A big thank you to him for his kindness and welcome for this stay.

Pleasant stay. Apartment compliant with the listing description, very clean and well organized. Florian, though rarely present, is friendly and pleasant. However, host was absent upon arrival. No welcome. Communication via SMS and key box! If you prioritize this type of co-living to exchange and share with your hosts and enrich your experiences, you will be left wanting!

Very good stay at Florian's. Thank you Superb apartment, very clean and pleasant with the little fireplace. Apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy to get into town by bus right below the apartment.
