Lovely comfortable room in detached house within easy reach of Manchester, North Wales, The Lake District and Derbyshire Peak District. Bramhall is a quiet village about 10 miles south of Manchester with good rail and bus links to Manchester City Centre and the Gay Village. Plenty of parking space on roads around house. Five minutes walk to local shops. Easy access to trains and buses to Manchester.

I enjoyed my stay with James, a lovely guy. Very clean, quiet room for a good night's sleep, a good breakfast, and a very sociable evening. Easy parking and near the station for trains to Manchester. Thank you! Recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay with James. James's enthusiasm is contagious. He is very sociable. From his life experience, he has a lot of wisdom that is very fascinating to hear. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a good base for all kinds of activities. It is a pleasant house and the breakfast is excellent. We hope to return there someday.

My partner and I had a lovely stay with James for 6 nights. Everything was just perfect, great big bedroom, clean and modern bathroom and a fantastic breakfast each day. James was warm and welcoming and always up for a great chat. This was our first time booking through MrBNB and James made it absolute pleasure. We didn't want to leave we felt so at home with James. If you're needing to be in Manchester and looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

It was an ideal experience staying with James. A wonderfully welcoming host; a spotless and welcoming home and - for me - the perfect location. I really enjoyed my short stay there, and particularly enjoyed meeting James; what an incredible man who continues to have an amazing life. All round, a fantastic time.

Great place to stay, very comfortable and an excellent and hospitable host. Also lots of places to visit in the area and some great bars and restaurants including many that are only a few minutes walk away. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely double room with a very comfortable bed in this attractive area of south Manchester. Easy walk to mainline station into town and good parking options. James is a delight - super welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Thank you James for a great stay. Your property is perfectly placed with regards to what I needed. Close enough to catch a train to Manchester and such ease to get out and about to the countryside. James is a charming, engaging, entertaining and very generous host . I was made very welcome and felt totally at home in his immaculate house . My first visit and yet it felt like we had known each other for years .
