Clean and cozy study room in my nice condominium is available for rent to who likes to stay in Shinjuku (central Tokyo) area with a reasonable price. My place is about 10 min walk from Nishi Shinjuku/Tocho Mae subway station or the famous Tokyo Metropolitan Government building. You can also take about 15-20 min nice walk along Japan’s outstanding skyscraper from Shinjuku main station.
Since I’m working weekdays, check-in time is a little late, but instead, you can stay at my place until late afternoon.
I’m renting a spare room, so you will share a kitchen (a refrigerator is available), a living room, and a bathroom. By the way, my toilet has the Japanese shower system that you can try, also Japanese style bathtub where you can relax there.
The room has a big sized single comfy bed, with A/C if you’re worried about Japanese hot summer.
If you wish, I can pick you up at Hilton Tokyo Hotel if you arrive in Tokyo by airport bus when you’re arriving by plane, it takes about 5 min from the hotel to my place on foot.
Cleaning fee will be for dry cleaning of bed sheets for my guests.

VERY beautiful line of Cherry blossoms by the river. Hilton Tokyo and Hyatt Regency are in about 5 min walk.
The Nichome Tokyo gay district is only two subway stations away so it’s easy to get there by subway or taxi. I even get back home on foot sometime when I feel like enjoy the fresh air after drinking. It takes about 30 min.
Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants around Shinjuku staion which is one of the biggest train station in the world.
