Also you will meet Manfred, my resident feline companion. So dont be allergic to cats :))
The bedroom is your private quarters, while i ll be staying in the living room. Living room and balcony is a shared space, the bedroom is of course private - im sure we ll make the arrangement work if we maintain a considerate atmosphere.
