A nice and quite studio with terrace close to Piazza San Giovanni and close to the gay area. Close to the flat, there are a gay bar and a sauna. In few minuts, you can reach other bars and locals by metro. My accommodation is ideal for gays and lesbians. You will in totally freedom: the studio is quite and silent; there is a terrace for breakfast or dinner. Nearby are famous bars like: close to the flat, there are Skyline, Illuminated Sauna. In 3 metro stops, we can reach the gay street in Rome, via San Giovanni in Laterano,

The location for this part of town is good, as it is just a very short walk to the metro station. The building itself is modern and attractive and the street is very quiet. There is a good supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is adequate for one visitor, as it is quite small, especially the bathroom and kitchen. The bed and pillows are comfortable. All the appliances work fine and there is plenty of hot water, although the water pressure in the kitchen is low.

Excellent place, very welcoming and very well located, just steps from the metro. The apartment has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Maurizio is a charm, very caring and always willing to help.
