I had to cancel due a family emergency. I informed Jérôme but he was very rude. He said it was "incredible." Jérôme's terms and conditions stipulate that guests are entitled to a 30% refund but he has ignored these terms and hasn't issued a refund.

Jerome is a wonderful host. He is very committed and does everything to make you feel comfortable in the apartment. This makes the stay in Marseille very nice and the apartment is very individual and with decorative interior—you feel like in another world and secure. You have your own room with a bathroom and still you never feel strange. I got a delicious breakfast, many good tips and had stimulating discussions and a very entertaining time. Jerome is so sympathetic and warmhearted. Thank you for the extraordinary commitment. It does not matter that the apartment is not quite in the center; with a taxi it is just 8 minutes to the old port (11-14 €) and even on foot you can easily reach the city with the surrounding attractions in about 25 minutes. Jerome's home: happy again and again👍🌈😇🎉😉🌺🙏🏻
