Jardin aux Chartreux

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was very comfortable, and waking up to the view of the quiet garden and the terrace shaded by that magnificent centenary fig tree was so peaceful. And those figs? Absolutely delicious! Fresh from the tree or in the great jams Vincent is doing with them. Vincent was genuinely nice and incredibly helpful, providing me with some fantastic tips for exploring the city. I really appreciated his hospitality. Highly recommend!

Vincent was very welcoming and settled me in happily. We toured the really gorgeous garden that fascinated me (it's better even than the photos). He helped me plan my days too each morning. A proper breakfast was really appreciated ~ eaten out on the terrace under the canopy of the fig tree.

Our stay with Vincent was perfect for our weekend getaway to Marseille. You can't find a better host than him. He is so warm and welcoming to his quiet charming home in the middle of the city. With his large incredible garden in the back of the house you feel like you are in a lush green oasis that is quite unique to any ******** we've ever stayed in. Vincent gave us suggestions on things to do as we enjoyed a delicious breakfast he prepared for us. I can't recommend Vincent's place enough, we would definitely stay here again on a return to Marseille. Wonderful!

The garden in Chartreux, is a very accurate description of a little paradise for a clothing optional stay. The host Vincent provided a hands down unique place and service as BnB host to accomodate a great time for enjoyment and relaxation in Marseille. Vincent is a superperb host that I like to reccommend when entering Provence region for a stay.
