Hello 13 years of bed and breakfast management. I propose to welcome you in a calm and zen atmosphere. The bedroom has 1 double bed (140x200), a flat-screen TV and an unobstructed view. A 3m50 x 1m balcony planted with trees is available for reading and smoking. Complimentary coffee. Subway and bus at your feet. Video surveillance at the entrance to the gated residence. Meals are taken outside, I must point out, following a number of ubiquitous setbacks. Knowing that the neighborhood is well-stocked with restaurants and snack bars, and at your expense, I can accompany you if you wish. What's more, I was born in Marseille and will be happy to accompany you, depending on my schedule. Naturism is permitted with respect. I also offer table massage and clairvoyance. My aim is to make your stay as pleasant and respectful as possible. Please note ⚠ my apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Unobstructed view and airy feel. Close to the train station, gay & friendly places, concert halls, shops of all kinds.

Quiet is requested from 9 p.m. in the evening, out of respect for the neighbors and the Zen concept of the room. Access to the kitchen is tolerated for reheating a dish and preparing breakfast, herbal teas, etc... But cooking is forbidden. Your servant will be happy to serve you breakfast when I'm there, and you can find everything you need to prepare it in the fridge and cupboard. A cold salad or pizza is also acceptable. A smoking area is at your disposal on the pretty balcony, but for safety reasons it is forbidden to put cigarette butts and ashes in the garbage can. It is also forbidden to bring in an outsider for security and insurance reasons. {The colleagues have had some nasty surprises]. I'd like to point out that I'm a genuine bed and breakfast approved by the city of Marseille and that I can also issue an invoice for the professions and people in training.

The accommodation is very clean and quite well located to easily reach the city center. However, it should be noted that the building is situated on a hill, and the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, which can present a certain challenge when traveling with several suitcases. Contact with Philippe was a bit difficult. These things happen, as everyone has their own way of welcoming guests. It can be hard to feel fully comfortable in an environment where the rules, sometimes numerous — both explicit and implicit — can weigh on you. Welcoming someone into one's home requires a certain balance, but it's not always easy to find for both parties.

I have been managing my guest house for 13 years and I rarely see such rudeness, as if I were this gentleman's servant. Given his position, he would be better suited to a 4-star hotel. I didn't understand why he came to my place, as my goal is above all simplicity, kindness and respect. I found this person quite disturbing and he was also making heavy unwanted advances towards me.

Very pleasant stay at Philippe's, the apartment is very well located (Metro and bus nearby), the bedroom is very comfortable and the apartment is clean and pleasant. Philippe is attentive and concerned about the well-being of his guests. He offers good advice. Highly recommended

big room in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the underground and only a few stops from the city center. Philippe was very charming, giving to me all informations and even showed me around.
