The apartment includes an equipped kitchen lounge. Two bedrooms, one of which is occupied by me. The terrace is very pleasant not overlooked nearby

Laurent is very welcoming and kind (especially when the tenant's train arrives at midnight in Marseille). Quiet apartment, discreet host. Superb terrace. I recommend.

Laurent was an amazing host. He communicated really well with me before check in and was very helpful and knowledgeable about what to see in the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to drink coffee in the morning

That was really great to stay in the Laurent's apartment:). Convenient location, quiet neighborhood. Laurent is fantastic host - friendly, helpful, kind. I can only recommend him and his apartment to everybody during stay in Marseille!

Short stay, which didn't allow for long conversations, but Laurent is welcoming and available and was able to adapt, particularly to the time constraints I had due to my participation in a conference.

Very warm welcome from Laurent in the beautiful city of Marseille. The room was pleasant and spacious. Laurent knows how to be very discreet or more talkative, depending on his guest's mood. He willingly provides practical information about the city. I recommend.

Laurent is very welcoming without being intrusive. I really enjoyed our conversations. The apartment has a very beautiful view. The city center is only a half hour walk away. There is also a bike rental station for those who want it. I recommend without hesitation :)
