Situated in the heart of the countryside, the house is about 20 kilometers from major tourist towns such as Dijon and Beaune, and 5 kilometers from the small town of Nuits-Saint-Georges, with its train station and freeway exit. Access is therefore fairly easy.
The house is quite spacious, with a kitchen, a large living room, an office, two toilets, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. I work from home as an esthetician and well-being masseur for men.
One large bedroom, for guests, is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed (capacity for 1 to 4 people in the same room, sleeping two). A second, smaller bedroom, also equipped with a double bed, can also be made available to additional guests.
A large, grassy, unoverlooked outdoor area, where you can enjoy the sunshine in fine weather.
Even if nudism/naturism is not particularly our way of life, it is totally accepted in the house or outside.
An inflatable Jacuzzi is installed outside.
Small pets are welcome, but please note that although surrounded by large hedges, the grounds are not fenced.
We offer a simple, no-frills, friendly welcome. Come as you are, and above all with your good humor.

Our second stay with you for the two of us, and we confirm: we were absolutely right to come back! 😊 We were treated like royalty, with an aperitif, an excellent table d'hôtes and an exceptional breakfast. The conversations, which were very enriching, made this stay even more pleasant. We also enjoyed the massages, which we highly recommend! An address that we recommend without hesitation and where we will return with great pleasure. ❤

I arrived exhausted from the heatwave and after 110km by bike. I was welcomed with simplicity and kindness and, once I had recovered my spirits, I had a very good evening with very friendly hosts. The next day I was able to divinely appreciate Fred's massage talents which finished refreshing me. An excellent stop to recommend

Fred and Seb welcomed us warmly. The meal at their table d'hôtes was delicious. Fred, who is a professional masseur, also gave us an exceptionally high-quality massage.
