Welcome to Miramar, one of the trendiest neighborhoods of San Juan. I will be more than happy to namedrop more hidden gems when you book, also look into my favorite Gay Friendly Spa (Cloud Spa) there are fun gay bars Circo Bar and SX bar and plenty of fun dining options

Host was incredibly friendly, near immediate response to text, AMAZING suggestions. Cozy, full of amenities, well stocked, gorgeous design, convenient washer/dryer in unit. Mini bar was fun albeit some items grossly overpriced. $6 for a bottle of ******** water. Grocery stores within walking/driving distance. Street parking not a big issue. Seems building is mostly BnBs w tourists. Not very safe outside at night. Overall, I would stay here again.
