Our aim is to offer you a serene and refined environment. Here are the details to help you prepare for your stay and make the most of the treasures of the Périgord. Stay conditions Summer season: In July and August, arrivals and departures are exclusively on Sundays. Havre de Paix: Domaine reserved for adults (16+). Parties and events are not permitted, to ensure peace and quiet for all. Healthy environment: Strictly non-smoking accommodation. Dedicated outdoor areas (no use of illegal substances). Cleaning: For your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning is included in our rates. Pets : One dog or cat (-20 kg) accepted on prior request (5 € / day). Delicacies & Local Products Breakfast: Full menu (fresh pastries, homemade jams, local produce) at €17/person. Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Terroir : Ferme Clerjoux (5 min walk) offers market garden produce on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Well-being & Comfort Treatments & Massages: Organized with our professional partners: Summer: In the spa area or by the pool. Winter: Directly in the privacy of your gîte. Linen: Included on arrival (bed linen, towels and bath sheets for the pool/spa). Gîtes services : Welcome kit (cleaning products, dishwasher tablets) provided to make your stay easier. Logistics & Parking Shopping: Shops in Thenon (6 km) or Leclerc Trélissac Drive service with delivery direct to the Domaine. Parking: Covered parking for the gîtes; dedicated outdoor parking for the Lucy room. Long-term stays (more than 21 days, from Nov. to March) Electricity billed according to actual consumption (€0.25 / kWh). Spa access and breakfasts are not available in this specific package.
