The Reveal

Renovation completed in May '21.

This new unit will have its own entrance, 2 rooms, a full bath, kitchenette (with a mini frig, microwave, electric cooking top) with access to the backyard patio. You will get a full privacy.

This private unit is a part of duplex. I live in the other unit. You would have to come to my unit to do laundry, which you are welcome too. (no charge!)

Born & raised in Japan, Lived in Los Angeles since 1999. I am fun-loving, friendly yet respectful of the boundaries of others. When I host my studio, I love to give my guest sight-seeing pointers and socialize with them. Some people want to be left alone, and that’s no problem. Our secluded studio can give you good privacy. While I travel, I enjoy meet locals, go to the gym, visit historical places and tourist attractions. And I won’t say no to gay bars/clubs, but that won’t be the main thing. I will be very respectful to the hosts and other tenants, never play load music, or go wild and get high. Being a host myself, I know how to be a good guest. p.s. I am married

Zuke was a super host--always keeping in contact with me regarding all the details and resources I needed. The only unfortunate thing about the trip is, due to my hectic schedule, I never got the chance to meet Zuke. His place is exactly like it is in the photos. Comfortable bed, shower, microwave, parking etc., you name it. The bed was very comfortable. All I needed was a place to sleep and take a warm shower--everything you need is right there. It's a great location in Hollywood in case you want to head south to downtown, a miles east to the Eagle or a few mile west to WeHo, it really is a great cozy location. What I appreciated most was Zuke's offer to meet him on his patio for a cocktail, that is what I am bummed about the most, next time sir. I highly recommend this location for the comforts and the price too! I would definitely look to stay here again!

Friendly host and nice room. Clean and tidy place. Really appreciated the skylight design which is environmentally friendly.
