Gates:
Please keep all gates closed including the gates entering the property and the gates on the property itself.
Repairs / Maintenance:
Please contact us immediately if any maintenance or repair issues arise so we can address in a timely manner.
Laundry:
The Washer & Dryer are located in a covered area outside and are shared used with the rest of the property.
Please do not leave clothes in the washer or dryer.
Supplies:
Any cleaning or houseware supplies in the guest house is for your use. If you run out or need more during your stay, you will need to purchase on your own.
Smoking: No smoking inside the rental under any circumstances.
Guests: Overnight guests staying longer than one night are not permitted unless approved in advance with the property owners.
