Pet Friendly Silverlake Studio with Outdoor Oasis

As required by the City of Los Angeles, please review and follow the official Home‐Sharing Guest Code of Conduct for this property: ******** Alterations: Do not paint, remove, install, or alter the inside of the rental or the outdoor space in any permanent way without first receiving permission. Parking: Street Parking Only Heater: Please do not leave the heater on when you are not home under any circumstances. If left on for an extended period of time, we reserve the right to enter to turn it off. Gates: Please keep all gates closed including the gates entering the property and the gates on the property itself. Repairs / Maintenance: Please contact us immediately if any maintenance or repair issues arise so we can address in a timely manner. Laundry: The Washer & Dryer are located in a covered area outside and are shared used with the rest of the property. Please do not leave clothes in the washer or dryer. Supplies: Any cleaning or houseware supplies in the guest house is for your use. If you run out or need more during your stay, you will need to purchase on your own. Smoking: No smoking inside the rental under any circumstances. Guests: Overnight guests staying longer than one night are not permitted unless approved in advance with the property owners. Pets: All pets must remain inside the unit unless their owner is present and must remain in the designated outdoor space unless exiting or entering the property.
