Wilcox Studios, perfect WeHo gateway, in Hollywood

No smoking inside or in the private back patio. Did you know, many ornamental plants get tobacco mosaic virus from tobacco ash & smoke? I will be able to tell when my plants show signs of mottling disfigured leaves. Only smoke in the front shared common patio PLEASE! Be sure to lock both window latches after going outside to my private back patio. Or go out into the common front patio. No pets although the neighbor has a friendly dog named “Mr. Smiley” who rarely even moves cuz he sleeps all the time. Please be respectful of quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. There is an on-site washer & dryer for use $1.50 each. Sometimes the dryer isn’t great, don’t expect the manager to come if there’s a problem, they live in NYC and can’t wait to demolish Wilcox Studios to build another mega-housing complex.
