Peaceful Getaway in the Heart of Atwater Village

Enjoy your own beautiful secluded space, just 2 blocks away from the main strip with all the trendy shops, bars, and restaurants of Atwater Village. Come relax on the spacious outdoor patio amongst the bamboo, grill up some dinner, or geek out with your own private movie theater inside with the 120" projection screen and surround sound system. The whole house is filled with natural light, and has sun shades and blackout shades on the main sliding doors if desired.

You enter the property through the front yard, walk down a private path to a locked gate that opens to your own private house and patio. There's always plenty of street parking available. The kitchen is fully stocked, and has a hot plate and convection countertop oven that can fit a full sized frozen pizza. The right two cabinets in the main room are owner's cabinets and not available for use, but the left two have plenty of space for you to hang clothes or store whatever you need, and there's also a small dresser in the middle.

There are security cameras on the property, but none see into your private area. No parties, gatherings, film shoots, or extra guests without approval (children included).
