Cozy & Private Studio Guesthouse near DownTown

A small, but well appointed studio just south of downtown. Lots of fun little paintings and knickknacks make the space feel very homey. I appreciated the off-street gated parking spot. The house is one street away from train tracks: the sound of passing trains can be heard inside (no horns or sirens though). I didn't mind the rumbling sounds, but it's something to consider. Would stay again

My partner and I stayed here in San Antonio for two nights. It truly is a cozy and private cottage, a wonderful retreat for us while visiting this special city. More than just a great place to sleep, Ray and his partner ensured that our every need was met, including toiletries, coffee/tea and breakfast, use of the TV and internet, etc. Plus, they were lovely hosts. Be on the lookout for a beautiful new larger apartment they are fixing up that will be available soon!

We loved our stay here. The studio is very clean and well appointed. We slept well and we loved the shower. It was a nice touch to have water and snacks. Ray was very responsive to our questions. There is a little brewpub down the street that was a fun find. We also enjoyed an easy walk to Mission Concepion. It was a very nice stay.

I was extremely hesitant staying somewhere that isn't a hotel as I've never used a Bnb before. However, staying here was the best decision I've made. There was complete open communication which was wonderful! The inside was clean and felt very homey and positive energy. I will stay here every time I come to San Antonio if they'll have me :-) this was the PERFECT location from downtown. It was only a $5 Lyft ride to get to anywhere in DT

I'm a local guest but live far from downtown so I stayed here again for an evening function. Uber was only $7 to downtown and the place is so impressively clean. It's a new build so everything so nice. The hosts are also so nice. I highly recommend this to anyone.

The place is absolutely beautiful, very clean and brand new. The amenities and extras are that of a five-star hotel. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including snacks, soft drinks, water, teas and coffees. The bed is very comfortable, the porch and garden so welcoming and the hosts are so friendly and nice. This is likley the best Mbnb place in San Antonio. Highly recommend it and an excellent value for the price.
