A private 16 x 20 studio guesthouse includes: a queen size bed, bathroom, full kitchen, a loveseat, TV, Washer & Dryer, closet, patio, parking in driveway with a locked and separate gate which is also the entrance to the guesthouse. Pets live on property but in a separate area from the guesthouse. You’ll have lots of privacy.
We’re downtown living. You’ll hear normal downtown noises: traffic, early hour joggers, neighborhood dogs, train. We’ll provide our guests with EARPLUGS and SLEEP MASKS kept in the drawer next to the bed. We’re also pet friendly

We’re only 1.8 miles from downtown (The Alamo, River Walk Shopping Center, Hemisphere Park) and 1.1 miles to mission Concepcion. A brewing company is a few blocks. Plenty of restaurants within 15-20 minute walks. A park with a public swimming pool (swimming pool is open in summer months only). An access to the river walk that leads north to downtown and the Alamo or south to the historic Spanish Missions.
