The room is equipped with a TV, work desk, seating area, and a walk-on balcony overlooking downtown skyline. We offer a free off-street parking with a gate and a lock, and the property is fenced all around.

We’re only 1.8 miles from downtown (The Alamo, River Walk Shopping Center, Hemisphere Park) and 1.1 miles to mission Concepcion. A brewing company is a few blocks. Plenty of restaurants within 15-20 minute walks. A park with a public swimming pool (swimming pool is open in summer months only). An access to the river walk that leads north to downtown and the Alamo or south to the historic Spanish Missions.
