Brighton is a great city to visit and my place is the ideal place to stay to explore what it has to offer.
What I can provide you with is a large double bedroom in a modern, sunny, central located flat that is close to all the attractions in town. 3 minutes walk across the road and you are in North Lanes, 10 minutes walk to the pier and 10 minutes walk to the train station.
The bedroom is decorated in the last month with a new double mattress on a 1930's art deco burr walnut bed. This matches the large tripe size wardrobe were you can store your clothes. The bed of course has 100% cotton bed linen with a 4.5 tog goose down duvet. This can be changed and will be changed to a higher tog duvet as the seasons change. Also in room bedside tables both sides, blackout curtains for sleeping in late after those nights out and a projection alarm clock for those times when you do have to get up.
The rest of the flat is contemporary design. Bathroom with large bath and overhead shower, heated towel rail where your large fluffy towels are awaiting you and back lit mirror. Separate toilet is in the room next door.
Lounge/Kitchen with breakfast bar. Meals, washing, ironing can be provided at an small extra cost. Tea and "bean to cup" coffee is free.
Large TV with Virgin TV and Tivo offering large amount of content. Free WiFi 20MB though out the property. Big sofa to chill out on.
Large balcony off the lounge for smoking. It has artificial grass so can be used all the time. Table and chairs out there so you can sit outside if you like and enjoy the sea air and sunshine.
I'm a gay men who has lived in Brighton all my life. In the past I have managed some of the best 4 and 5 star boutique hotels in ******** I appreciate what a guest needs when away from home. I can help to give advice on the best that Brighton has to offer.
BOOKING RESTRICTIONS
Please note I rarely do Saturday nights by themselves especially during the high season. As it makes it harder to sell the nights either side of it. I can release the Saturday by itself if the Friday or Sunday has gone already. Otherwise it is not released until the Friday beforehand which I appreciate might be a bit too late for some people.
During the high season weekends are almost always 2 night minimum stays. Bank holidays are 3 night minimum stays. This can change if not booked and very close to the date. Please do ask.
Brighton Pride weekend is booked from year to year.
I do not do New Year Eve just by itself.

The main two rules are shoes off just inside the door as white floors. The other is all smoking is outside on the balcony.
Of course, no extra people at night
