I want guests to feel at home and hence relaxed when staying. Common sense rules and regulations apply - noise should be kept to a minimum after 11 pm, smoking is permitted on the balcony.
As for your visitors, I'd rather not overnight but welcome to have a conversation about it.
Clean up behind you in the kitchen and prefer no shoes in the flat.
