CASA BLASERNA "in the heart of shopping in Marconi and Trastevere.

I will be very happy to give you hospitality in my house. The house is located near the center of Rome, on the most important street in the neighborhood. Viale Guglielmo Marconi is a long street that connects Trastevere, the historic district of Rome, with the modern EUR district. The shop-filled avenue is a very important shopping spot for Romans around the big city, and is especially popular with young, hip Romans. A large supermarket, a bar, a famous ice cream parlor, and an excellent pizzeria are located just beyond the building's front door. Only by staying in these areas can ********derstand the life of Rome and the Romans. The house is located in a prestigious building with an elevator (1st floor) (ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED) The period you ask me is available. The house is about 40 square meters, and was renovated in the period May - October 2024. There are:  1st room with double bed, air conditioning, key lock for maximum privacy, Led TV, heating; a single bed for a possible fifth person can be put on request.  2nd room with double bed that can be opened by a closet, air conditioning, key lock for maximum privacy, TV Led, heating; small kitchen with kitchenette, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, Italian coffee maker (moka); this room has the function of a dining room where there is a sofa, table with chairs.  1 bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, etc.

TRANSPORTATION IN THE MARCONI DISTRICT - HOW TO GET TO BLASERNA HOUSE Viale Marconi is served by the B line of the subway. The Marconi Metro Station is located at the end of the avenue, near the intersection with Via Cristoforo Colombo, not far from the area where most of the stores are concentrated, namely between Piazza della Radio and Ponte Marconi. So, perhaps it is more convenient to/from Termini station, take the 170 bus and get off at Piazza della Radio, or if you want to avoid the traffic during the week, you can always take the subway and then return with the same 170 for a few stops get off right after crossing Marconi Bridge.
