Hello everyone, this is Adam a teacher of languages from Austin living in Istanbul. I am offering a room in my cozy home to those who would like to stay in the heart of Istanbul, one of the safest neighborhoods, close to the subway station and restaurants. It has access to all the tourist attractions in the city, a few stops to the old town and Taksim. It's always my pleasure to help out. I would also like to point out that it's so easy to get to my house from the airport (IST airport or Sabiha Gokcen airport) by the provided airport shuttles.
* Free transportation card (Istanbul Card) & umbrella provided during the stay. - The room is cleaned before and after hosting (steam cleaning and safe organic cleaning products). - Two elevators in the building. - City views. - Clean and tidy house. - 7th floor. - Very safe area. - Comfortable. - Easy to find the location.

The area is very central in a quiet neighborhood. It's very close to Besiktas seaside, where you can hop on the ferries to visit the islands and Bosphorus tours. There are shopping malls, restaurants, hospitals, cafes, pubs, bakeries, and a subway station. There are museums, The blue mosque, Sultan Ahmet, Taksim square, Spice Bazaar, and Grand Bazaar (with only a few stops by the subway).

Nice and pleasant place close to metro station, easy commute to Taksim and Galata. Being nude is always a pleasure for me. Nice view of Zorlu center and the flag. Big size room which is rare. Adam was an accommodating host despite me being an early riser. We had a great check out breakfast by my request. He paid when he didn't have but I'm happy I stayed with him rather than a chain hotel. I hope his next have a pleasurable time in the cozy and comfy apartment. Hugs and kisses Ahmed #emirati_foodie

The apartment is accurately represented in the description and the current photos. It is conveniently located near a metro station in a quiet area of residences and businesses. Adam is very communicative keeping guest informed and aware. I highly recommend Adam as a host, and his apartment as a location.

Adam is a polite and respectful host who is cultured and well educated. He was very helpful with my complicated travel arrangements. His appartment is in a safe area of Istanbul but only four stops on the metro from the historical area. The appartment is very good for anyone seeking a degree of comfort and as such represents very good value for the price. Highly reccomended.

Adam was a most gracious and helpful host. I would stay again in a heartbeat. His apartment is large and clean and bright. He is helpful and will do anything to ensure his guest is taken care of... a great trait especially if you are traveling alone and in Istanbul for the first time. I had a great time and I think most any person would.
