Our apartment is located a few steps away from the famous Galata Tower, one block away from Istiklal Caddesi (the major avenue in Taksim) and metro station (Sishane); one of Istanbul's most colorful urban neighborhoods with art galleries, designer boutiques, cafes, restaurants and more. It is a spacious and elegant 1 bedroom 1 living room flat of 55 square meters which sleeps 2 on a queen size platform bed and can sleep a 3rd guest via an additional bed, for no additional cost. It offers hardwood floors, flat screen TV w/satellite, free wireless internet, air conditioning, individual heating system (combi), mini safe, fully-equipped kitchen w/ mid-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, as well as laundry machine, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, towels and luxury linens. The rate includes all utilities, weekly full housekeeping, and free wireless internet. Please note that we must obtain the passport copies/photos of our guests at the check-in day to register them to our system. As we are an officially registered short term rental flat, this is an obligation by law since the 2024 in Turkey for us to obtain the passport copies of all our guests and officially register them.

Our main entrance is key-paded and there is a wall mount key safe for the apartment door keys, so no lost key/card hassle ever. As an extra level of protection, there is a security camera system at the entrance of the building. There is no elevator. Please note that we have to obtain the passport copies/photos of all our guests at the check-in day to register them to our system. We are an officially registered ******** flat (we have Tourism Ministry registration) and it is an obligation by law since early 2024 for all the short term rentals to obtain the passport copies of their guests and officially register them, same as in the hotels, in Turkey.

Nice place in a wonderful location. Clean and with all the necessary to prepare food. Emrah was very nice and his recommendations have been very useful. He also brought us his own Moka Coffee machine... We'll definitely be back.

I can highly recommend this flat during your stay in Istanbul. It has a lovely inner balcon from which you can see the Galata tower from the window. The Sishane metro station is just about 3 mins by walk so you can easily access to the public transportation. I definetely will choose this place for my next visit of Istanbul.
