Sweet room in Taksim

I had a perfect 4-day stay with Tolga and couldn't have wished for a better host. He is incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, always happy to help and to share great advice on what to see and do in the city. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and very comfortable, with snacks, coffee, and tea always available. Tolga even prepared breakfast in the mornings, which was just amazing! Spending time with him felt like visiting a very good friend rather than staying in a rental. I felt completely at home and can highly recommend staying with Tolga!

A+++!! I had a wonderful two night stay. The host was very welcoming, friendly, communicative, proving comprehensive ideas of what I should see and do in Istanbul. I was made to feel very much at home - and even had breakfast made for me while there! The room is comfortable, quiet and with enough space for multiple suitcases if needed. The apartment is well located, safe, and easy walking distance to Taksim and all the sights. I would definitely stay here again when next in Istanbul - and happily recommend this place to other travellers.

My experience at the Sweet room in Taksim was a highlight of my trip to Istanbul. The flat is near everything, but tucked away on a side street. İt was quiet and safe. The bed was super clean and comfortable. My host went out of his way to pick me up from Taksim Square to ensure I could find my way. He kept me well stocked with snacks and beverages and even made me a delicious Turkish Breakfast. I was given many helpful hints and places to go. I highly recommend a stay here. I felt comfortable and safe at all times. Coffee was outstanding.
