Location location location .... The host is very nice and helpful, fluent in English which very helpful. If your into a bohemian vibe complete with a sweet cat, plants and birds / all well behaved / overlooking the river . Great ! We call it shabby chic in america . Bring your towels and sheets though for extra comfort. I do recommend it for a short stay. All the best and thank u again H

We had a lovely stay. Hayati is a charming and hospitable host, who was very helpful and kind. He is knowledgeable about Istanbul and keen to share it. On our visit, the lift wasn't working, but otherwise the accommodation is as described. The view is amazing and the bedroom comfortable.

Hayati is a wonderful host. Full of great stories and information about Istanbul and Turkey among many other things. His apartment is in a great location with a fantastic view of Bosphorus and the surrounding area, it's clean and secure. Handy to transport and the check in is easy. I would recommend staying at Hayati's if staying in Istanbul.

Amazing apartment with great view! It was really an experience stay at Hayati place! He really wants you to know about his worldwide experience! It was fascinating listen to his stories! the room was clean and confortable. location is great.
