He's such a warm hearted, friendly and thoughtful person! :) Check in was very flexible, which made everything so easy for me, and he was incredibly helpful with all my questions. I honestly can't imagine coming back to Istanbul without letting him know I'm there... 😊 Highly recommended!

Located in a charming neighborhood on the Asian side, it's just a short 20-minute walk to the ferry to get to the European side, making exploration easy. Staying at Furkan's place was truly a highlight of my trip. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, responsive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. The communication was smooth, and everything was exactly as described — if not better! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was also ideal: safe, central, and well-connected to everything I wanted to explore. But beyond the space itself, it was Furkan's warmth and generosity that made the biggest impression. He's not just a great host — he's a truly wonderful person. I felt completely at ease and appreciated his respectful and open-minded attitude. It was such a pleasure to stay with someone so thoughtful and sincere. I highly recommend Furkan to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and positive experience. The apartment is exactly as described. The location is unusual to stay in Istanbul but finally it's only 20 minutes walk between the flat and the Marmaray/Üskudar Pier... Of course, it's not flat but in Istanbul you always go up or down.... Really clean with a very comfortable bed. Only, if you want to eat home, it's not very practical because there isn't a dining room table but only a coffee table for the living room. Furkan is a good guy, he always answers the questions with a complete ******** mail's answer, rapidly sent.

What can I say it was OK I just found it far from the main tourist areas so spending on taxis every single time was a lot. Furqan was OK

It was a lovely apartment to stay in, clean, well maintain, good internet speed, warm shower and comfortable bed. Furkan was very attentive and we had a chat before he went to work.
