My place is very centrally located, within walking distance to Bostancı coast, Bağdat Avenue, Bostancı Marmaray station, Bostancı metro station as well as Bostancı Show Center. You can go to Bağdat Avenue in 15 minutes by foot. No matter through which airport you use to arrive in İstanbul, there is always an easy way to get to me.
It is within a housing estate, there is 7/24 security.
The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials required for your own catering needs.
Flat Ammenties:
4K TV
Free Wi-Fi fiber internet connection
Modern and fully equipped kitchen
Airfryer, Nespresso, Kettle, Tea Machine, Washing Machine, Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Hairdryer, Iron and Iron table, etc.
Clean sheets, blankets, and towels
Basic needs (Shampoo, Soap, Drinking Water)
Guest access
A fully equipped kitchen, living room, one private bedroom and one private bathroom are accessible for guests.
You will have a separate shelf in the fridge and kitchen closet.
You are welcome to use the all the stuff in the kitchen such as Airfyer, Nespresso, oven, etc.
You will have your own private bathroom.
You are welcome to use Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, MUBI and BluTV. I love watching films so I can company you if you would like to.
Other things to note
The atmosphere in Bağdat Avenue is very friendly ant it comes alive at night time. There are so many fancy restaurants, bars, big markets, and shopping centers at Bağdat Avenue.
The transfer links are fantastic withh regular busses, ferries, Marmaray train, and bicycle BAĞDAT Avenue (walking distance)
Suadiye, Erenköy, Küçükyalı (Walking distance)
Taksim (with shuttles 24 Hours)
Kadıköy (with minibusses 24 hours)
Princess islands with ferry from Bostancı coast.
I work remotely, so I will be always available to answer your questions about transportation as well.
