The enormous living room has access to the sunny balcony of 12 sq m overviewing the park. A lounge area seats 6, fitted with a 55 inch smart flat screen with internet. A working space with computer and printer is there for your convenience. Broadband Wifi internet is free, handy if you were to bring your laptop, pda or I-pad. There is also a SONOS sound system. Bring your I-pod, I-phone (up to 4S) and you can enjoy your personal selection of music in an optimal quality. Breakfast, welcome sweets, welcome drink and fruit for the first day's is on the house! A roofed outside dining space of 12 sqm for 4 people is there for your convenience. The master bedroom has a comfortable double Cocomat deluxe bed for the perfect night rest and for your entertainment a 42 inch smart flat-screen TV with internet is available. The second bedroom is equipped with a walk in closet and two single beds ( 90 x 200 cm's) and fitted with a 32 inch flatscreen. Bathroom with two showers, Rain and hand shower, bath and wash basin. The house is located in a green park where no cars are allowed. Located in the FUNENPARK , the upcoming area among the locals, the genuine Amsterdam experience, near all venues in the east part of the center of Amsterdam with perfect public transport connections. All the convenient services are available and in a few minutes walk reachable. Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is situated 20 minutes by car. Easy by train, get off CENTRAL STATION, take bus 22 at the city side of the station and get off at FUNEN! It is the 5th stop, you can miss, 5 min by bus! Connections: bus 22 (6 times a hour) Embark at CS and get off at the 5th stop "FUNEN" tram 7 and tram 14 (5 times a hour) Very good connection for sight seeing, convenient, frequent and quick. A minimum stay of 3 nights is mandatory. The listed price is per night based on an occupancy of 2 people including bed and bath linen.
