Check-in is usually from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm; different times can be arranged in advance.

Upon arrival, identification documents (passport, ID card) will be required for registration and legal obligations.
Please note that we cannot admit guests other than those listed in the reservation.
As a guest, you are responsible for the facility and its contents. Please remember to lock the door whenever you leave.
According to building regulations and Municipal Police regulations, the "quiet hours" are between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. However, inside the facility, noisy activities, games or any behavior that may disturb other people must be avoided at all times.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
Please take care of the furniture and the apartment.
CLEANING
Upon arrival, the Guest is asked to take note of the state of the rooms and furniture.
