Just a 15 minutes walk from "Ultramar", where you can take the ferry to "Isla Mujeres" which, in my opinion, is the most beautiful beach in our state. A 5 minutes walk from "Oxxo" a 24 hours convenience store, where you will find all the essentials. If you rent a car, there will be no trouble parking right in front of your apartment. Keep in mind this is a gated community with 24 hours security.
