A true private garden paradise, more aptly called "Penthouse Garden Retreat" A wonderful retreat with a super host, very responsive to any minor issues that arose. Beautiful house and great location to access Ultramar to Isla Mujeres and enjoy the local beach and food vendors at Playa El Nino. 10+ all around. Brian

Sergio is a great host with a beautiful house on a perfect location near the centre of Cancun but without the craziness. I stayed on the top floor in a spacious room with fridge and microwave, a bathroom and all was clean and new, with this comes a very big outside terras with all day sun and spectaculair views. It's very private and I stayed there nude all the time. Communications with Sergio are perfect, he responds quick and gives all tips of where to go. It is a 10 min walk to the ferry and 1 minute walk to the beach. Thanks Sergio, I will definitely come back.

Beautiful room in a neighborhood off the beaten path, so to speak! Sergio's location is in a private community, away from the real hustle and bustle of the Hotel Zone, but very close to the Ultramar Ferry to go over to Isla Mujeres. The room has a wonderful view on the rooftop and the patio is beautiful with all kinds of plants and flowers! I would stay here again anytime I'm in Cancun! Additionally Sergio gives excellent recommendations and he's very accommodating and he speaks English, Spanish and Italian!

Sergio's room is beautiful! It's spacious and has a wonderful terrace with a distant view of the hotel zone. The house is super convenient for catching the ferry to Cozumel. Sergio is such a lovely host—so kind and always ready with tips and advice. We had an amazing time here!

Sergio is a great host and very welcoming! Communication was flawless from the beginning and Sergio made sure I had everything. He would always answer my texts in a timely fashion and proactively reach out to make sure I was okay. Sergio's place is a great place to stay at in Cancún. Located in a quiet and secure neighborhood you can relax from all the touristy noise in Cancún at night; It's a 15 minute walk from the ferry to Isla Mujeres and you have everything you need right within a few minutes of walking distance!! Highly recommended!!!

Sergio is super nice! I arrived early in Cancun and he had no problem with the arrival time. He is very welcoming and gives you advice about Cancun. The house is very beautiful, with terraces and plants. The location is quiet and accessible.

Excellent host. He was kind, communicative and accommodating. The rooftop suite was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location is great and across from the beach. The entire house is tastefully decorated and welcoming. I highly recommend!
