Residental downtown Cancun neighborhood :))

greetings! my home is a spacious bright 2bed/2bath ground floor condo in an 8 unit building, i welcome one ******** guest, the master bedroom offered is airy bright with east and south windows, A/C, large private ensuite bath, king size bed, smart tv is only in the living room, large workdesk, washer/dryer, there is a private entrance that leads to the pool and front building exit, no evening guests are possible, this is my home, security is important; location is very central in a safe upper middle class neighborhood, las americas mall is a 10 minute walk, a good supermarket, cafes and a few restaurants and gyms are under 8 minutes walking, the kitchen can be used with initial instruction, i'm vegetarian, i offer transportation service in my car, a guest must follow common sense security protocols, internet wifi is adequate for usual needs, if you expect super fast connection with zooming and lots of downloading please choose another host for a more suitable match :))
