Located in the center of Playa del Carmen we offer a gay-owned, adult-only (18+), openminded and intimate stay with a focus on the LGBTQ-community, a place where you can be who you want to be.

With a small amount of studios and pool and placed in the greenest area of town, LOTE4 is a place to relax when you need it but with the liveliness just around the corner.

We have 2 studios directly on the pool terrace (common area) and 1 studio at the ground floor with a private patio/garden.

We also live in the same building with our dog POP.

We have 3 fully equipped (non smoking) studio apartments for rent. All studio’s have their own private bathroom, kitchen, tv, great wifi and kingsize bed. Besides that there is a big terrace (smoking allowed) with pool, big dining/worktable and areas to sit and relax. All areas have excellent wifi.

I hate to say how amazing this place is because I'll be less likely to find it available. :) it's the perfect place in central Playa; the hosts are terrific, and I've met some great guests there too. Pop the pup seals the deal. Five stars. 😎👍🏻

Undoubtedly a beautiful place that provides you with an experience of privacy, relaxation and rest. The hosts are very hospitable, quick to help you with points of interest and extremely attentive to your needs within the space. It has very nice common areas and excellent cleanliness throughout the place.

Absolutely Fabulous Apartment! Beautiful designs in every corner. Jeroen is a Súper Plus Host who anticipate his guests needs in every aspect and fulfill in his task 100%. Breakfast is delicious and fresh across the street in Choux Choux Café.

The place is absolutely beautiful! Carl and Jeroen are amazing hosts, they had everything ready for us. It definitely exceeded our expectations 😊 the design of the whole house is fantastic, the room has beautiful details and it is very well located.
