LOTE4 studio apartment 1 (Pool studio)

In one word: "FANTASTIC". We own a small gay guesthouse in Tampa and have been to many around the world. This little paradise in the center of everything one needs in Playa Del Carmen is as good as it gets. Such great attention to detail in how it was built, furnished, cleaned and well maintained. It is just the way the gay community should serviced but sadly is not always the case. Now for the best part of all: The hosts were so friendly, helpful, and we asked a lots questions and got so much help and guidance to make the most of our short 5 day visit it was as if our happiness was the only thing that mattered (as it should be). Thanks so much for creating such a fun, friendly, environment. And a special thanks to Marvin for all his recommendations as well as his bubbly personality to ad to already a great atmosphere. We have now found our forever home in Playa Del Carmen for all our future visits.

Exceptional! A perfect welcome by Marvin. The place is magical: it's elegant, decorated with tremendous taste and very functional. The location in Playa is ideal: close to everything and away from noise. The pool is great and we made good use of it. The hosts are attentive and very easily available. They are also good advisors for evening outings and excursions. We will return.

If you desire to have a safe, clean, modern, well-located and well-equipped place to enjoy in Playa del Carmen, it is here. We had a wonderful stay here. Jeroen runs this place with a lot of love. he treats the clients like old fiends, he offers the service of all 5 stars, bed sheet, towels, packaging of the shower, beach stuff......all is high quality. The pool is the top, so refreshing with the background music, you would stay all day! We love this place. Thanks you for this amazing experience.

Jeroen and his partner are fantastic hosts. Jereon was always on hand to help with any queries or just for a chat! The studio was ultra modern, clean and very comfortable and the windows even have full blackout blinds. The pool looks lovely, though I didn't get to try it as I happened to be there during one of Mexico's rare cold weather spells (jusy my luck!). Jereon and his friends were even nice enough to take me out to their favourite bar for birthday drinks and invite me to their christmas meal :) Their dog Pop is very well behaved and even though I am not a 'dog person', I found her to be no problem at all. The location is great - near to all the crazyness of 5th Avenue, but in a quiet location. You can get to the beach in about 10 mins (walking), but I would recommend walking further out to the beaches north of Mamita's beach (up to Playa Punta Esmeralda) or even south to Playacar (past the Cozumel ferry pier and the beaches going south from there). These are all much less crowded and wider. The ones past Mamita's are more natural and the ones in Playacar are beautiful. Thank you for a memorable stay guys!
