Angel is a very friendly and charming host. He gave us excellent tips for beaches (Isla Blanca) and restaurants during our stay in Cancún. The communication for check-in was absolutely smooth. Angel responded very quickly to our questions. We also immediately fell in love with his cat Simba. About 15 minutes' walk from the accommodation is Café Antoinette. In this café we had a delicious breakfast every day. Our stay with Angel felt like spending time with a good friend.

The location is very much in the center of the town. The place was very neat and Angel was seriously an angel. He takes an extra effort to keep your stay comfortable. Very hospitable guy. Since he is a locale, he was ensuring that my visit was comfortable and helped me to navigate around the town/ gave me so many tips on where to visit. If you want to relax and have a great conversation, he is the best person to be around. Strongly recommend staying with Angel.

Ernest was exceptionally communicative from the day of booking, and helped book airport transfers, gave a comprehensive check-in and was available throughout and after my stay. The location has a quiet but secure suburban feel and photos accurately reflect a home with a very comfy bed with much welcomed air conditioning. As an Aussie travelling to America I was grateful for cafetière coffee shared at check-in and shared use of the kitchen and cafetière. Thanks for having me!

Angel and his place are a true reflection of his name. The place is clean, comfortable, cozy, safe location, and Angel is very communicative, promptly answering any questions or concerns before and during my stay.

Angel is an excellent host. Before and during my stay, he was attentive to my arrival and during the time we shared the space, the house matches the published images. Every detail exudes a lot of warmth. The coffee experience is definitely something to enjoy in Angel's company - don't miss it! Angel is always taking care of the details, it's important to take your time. The room is very comfortable, the shower area is very large, cleanliness is excellent, and there are hammocks everywhere. Angel, thank you again for everything. If I return to Cancun, I will definitely book with Angel again.

Overall, wonderful experience I've ever had I've never stayed in a guesthouse so didn't know what to expect but as I walked in, I felt comfortable and I was leaving I felt sad. Ernest knows his way around the city and the knowledgeable of the culture. I felt sad and did not want to leave. Great host. Knows his way around and the culture.

Angel has been a terrific host! I've stayed with him for 2 nights and he looked after me like he was my guardian. I received my relaxing complimentary back and shoulders massage as described as well as refreshments upon check-in. He gave me a small walking tour of the vicinity and told me all about what I can do for the evening or the following day with his top recommendations that would suit my liking. He made sure I had everything I needed. He communicated really well starting from booking to check-in and even when I left the property on my free day. He checked on me if I was doing well. I cannot recommend him enough. It has also been my first booking with MisterB&B and it has been a great first!

Angel is a super host, he is the most caring person ever. The communication before I arrived was fabulous, while I was there he made sure I was good multiple times a day!! It was an amazing experience, and I would recommend him to anyone traveling to Cancún!! His house was very clean and tidy. He took me on a mini tour into the market to get lunch and souvenirs. I can't wait to go back to Cancun!! He even cooked me a wonderful meal one night!! I highly recommend him to anyone coming to Cancun!!
