Very helpful hosts. The place is a bit far from the city center and the beaches, but they provided all relevant explanations and it was easy to get there. The room was comfortable.

Frank's room, although not very close to the beach, is well connected for driving. Frank provided us with very good advice for our visits, a shame that our stay was so short, we hope to return soon

We booked Frank's place for three nights but in fact we just spend one night in his house because the weather in Cancun was bad, so we went do Valladolid. The place is not centric as I thoght as it was and Uber and Didi services are not working all the time in the city. Frank is courteous and and responds mesages quickly.

Frank was a superb host. He saw to our every need. The house was spotless clean and the bed was super comfortable. We were able to cook food and we found a local vendor right around the corner who had the most fantastic and delicious beef ribs for 180 pesos for 1 kg of ribs with all the fixin's. It was so good we went back for more. There is an oxxo less than half a block away which was very convenient. His next door neighbor also operated a small Tienda for drinks and snacks. We consider Frank one of our new friends and we already miss his precious little dogs. We highly recommend staying with Frank. Thank you Frank we hope to see you again.
