Enjoy a private room with a double bed and private bathroom in an authentic and very beachy apartment, fresh, warm, loving and natural.

It is a very spacious apartment, with equipped kitchen and the living room is open which makes you feel like you are in the middle of nature.

On the corner is the famous "Quinta Avenida", the main street of Playa del Carmen.

Three blocks away is the beach and in my opinion is the best of this city because it is a reserve in which there are no buildings on the beach but there is jungle, lots of sand and beautiful turquoise sea.

This was my first solo-travel trip, and Jose was quite the excellent host!! His apartment was beautiful and relaxing, while still managing to be in a great location- lots to do in the immediate area. Jose gave me excellent recommendations for activities as well as for dining. I felt right at home and DEFINITELY looking forward to returning in the near future. And not to forget, his dog Maya is such a sweetheart and made this incredible experience even better 💚

The apartment is very nice and welcoming, has a beautiful view and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's also very well located: very close to super calm beaches, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. José is an excellent host and gave me very good suggestions about places to visit and eat. His dog Maya is very cute and friendly too. I would definitely stay with José again.

My experience at Jose's apartment was great. It was my first time in Playa and Jose and his apartment (and obviously his dog Maya) made the experience amazing. Jose is friendly, kind, and gave me lots of recommendations during my stay. He also has very nice friends... It's clear that Jose has a lot of love for his community and the people around him. If you like to exercise, I also recommend taking a TRX class with Jose. The apartment is unique, peaceful, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. There are stairs and it's on the third floor, so keep that in mind. It's very close to everything you need... delicious food, the beach (quieter than Mamitas and the other beaches) and many shops. I hope to stay here again, thank you Jose!

I had a blast at Jose's place. He's such a welcoming host. He made me feel like I was at home. He was always checking if I needed anything. He has such a good vibe and an extraordinary personality. His dog is so cute and lovely. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Play. I recommend him and will stay with him again when I return to Playa. Waiting for you to visit me here in Toronto. Gracias Amigo!!!

Absolutely perfect place to stay in playa de carmen. Close to everything but very silent at night. The place is very nice, green and open, Very clean, perfect host Jose, quiet place and very nice located. I'll be back soon
