Sergio's house is very lovely and in a quiet secluded area. If you are looking for a place to relax and get away from everything it's great. There are taxis and Uber always ready to take you downtown. Sergio is extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Manuel and Sergios home is a lovely, calm place to stay, if you want to be away from the hassle of the Zona Hoteleria in Cancun. Very nice house, spotlessly clean, nice terrace for common use and the room comes with a nice balcony overlooking the woods with a lot of bird watching, coati and other fine animals. Kitchen has everything to prepare a light meals and my coffee in the morning always came together with a nice chat with Sergio. Short walk from Puerto Juarez to catch the very reliable ferries of Ultramar to Isla Mujeres. Mexican neighborhood, a little beach and some inexpensive nice beach restaurants to enjoy. I recommend staying at their house!

Everything was perfect! Manuel and Sebastian are amazing guests. The appartement is big and have a lots of places. The bed is confortable. It was really nice to speak with Manuel. Thank you! Definitely recommend!
