Ruben was a great host and kind to give me suggestions for the area. Home is so beautiful and aesthetically amazing. Everything was walking distance and the beaches were a quick Uber ride. Definitely recommend.

Not recommendable - left the place within 12 hours (had a reservation for three days). Communication & check-in: 3/10, replies were slow and not helpful, I was left last-minute on my own devices for checking in (at night, in a dark alley), asked for some restaurant suggestions and all I got was some "try any down the street". Room: 4/10, it appeared clean but smelt of mold and anyway was very humid; the key didn't work and had to leave my door open (while the place has no door nor gate and anyone could have accessed from the street anytime - which is what I was told to do, by the way). Host roommate: 0/10, very unpleasant, didn't say hello (ever) and removed my things from the bathroom while I was about to take a shower so that he could have it first - and left me only cold water! Bathroom: 2/10: the bathroom door is just a separé with no hinges; when I had at first some issues to understand how it (not) worked, the host openly laughed at me in derision. The only pleasant thing about this frankly bad experience was the host's dog (by the way, there are two, not one - the second if of the roomie and it barks a lot). Absolutely not recommendable; the reviews do not reflect at all the conditions of the place nor the host's attitude).

Ruben's place is even more beautiful in person. He's created a great space to relax and enjoy Cancun. The apartment is centrally located, and well equipped. Ruben was super helpful prior to my arrival. I love Julieta the dog as a welcome party.

Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Rubén is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided me with all the information I needed. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is great and has a little bar, he play some music and give me some tequila shots. Location is incredible. Rubén had excellent tour recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make my long-weekend comfortable and memorable. Even my dog enjoyed it!!! A magical place and experience! Rubén and his little dog Julieta are the sweetest, and I felt at home instantly. Casa Nube is beautiful, with plants in every corner that make you feel like you're in the jungle. Rubén pays great attention to detail and is very artistic in the design of his house. I hope to return soon!

A super option in Cancún. Rubén is kind and friendly. The room is comfortable with everything you need.

Ruben is a friendly guy who take care of his property very well, he is hosting with his pet Juliette, a well educated dog. The location is very convenient to head cancun hotel zone by bus as well different plazas and restaurants by the area in a walking distance.
