The use of the BBQ is under previous reservation and has a cost of $200. The use of the parking in the building is not guaranteed as they are not assigned parking spaces. In case you find a free space, you can make use of it. Reservations are not allowed. The rooftop where the pool, whirlpool, massage room and yoga room are located is a common area of the building and is shared with other guests and owners.
