You have access to all the condo amenities such as game room, movie theater, business center, gym, yoga, kids club, sauna and steam under previous reservation. It is NOT necessary to reserve the pools, the rooftop pool is exclusively for adults and the main pool is for families.

We will always have a concierge to help you with your needs.

All communication must be done through ******** messages. We are several people in charge of messaging with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to assist you efficiently.

The area is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, a very quiet and safe area, where it is close to everything and you can do it walking, or you can use the scooter we have for rent to go to more distant beaches.

All downtown and nearby activities can be done walking, you can also take a cab or minibus, we can help you rent cars and scooters if you need it.

TO MAKE USE OF THE PARKING LOT A PREVIOUS REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AT THE FRONT DESK TO RECEIVE THE TAG THAT IDENTIFIES THE CAR.
