LOTE4 studio apartment 2 (Pool studio)

Such a wonderful place! LOTE4 was as described and even better! Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed including kitchenware for cooking (we didn't cook). They have a water purification system so there is no need for as many bottled waters. The pool and patio were fantastic and perfect for cooling off after a long day! The best feature for us was the location. Located in a safe quiet neighborhood walking distance to everything, 5th avenue shopping/dining, beaches, grocery stores, and right across the street is a lovely breakfast café – Choux Choux café. We ate there almost every morning. We loved it and will be back!

We chose this accommodation as the last part of our honeymoon to relax before returning to the UK. We have both travelled to the area before and wanted to move away from the all inclusive resorts. We were met on arrival and shown around the property. The facilities available are outstanding with equipment provided for the beach and pool alike. Local toiletries were available for use. The room itself had everything we needed from air conditioning to tv and working reliable WiFi. The kitchen was fully fitted with cooking equipment and a fridge freezer. The host was available at all times and were friendly to socialise with during our stay. We will be back on our next visit to Playa del Carmen

EXCELLENT & EXCEPTIONAL! Stayed Friday thru Sunday and absolutely loved Jeroen's place. Perfect location, very clean, easy check-in and out. Beautiful accommodation and their dog Pop is very nice! My husband and I enjoyed the pool and spacious comfy room! Jeroen is the perfect host! We will stay again on our next rip to Playa!

Excellent facilities and location

I stayed 13 days in total in this fantastic place divided in two different bookings. Great location: walking distance to Soriano (market), Fogón (Mex food restaurant), Oxxo, 7Eleven, 5ta Avenida, and several bars & places to eat. The studio was very comfortable, spacious, with a fan and AC (both were ON all the time). Clean, nice-size pool, perfect place for tanning and private. Marvin was a great host and he's a good source for local tips. Independent access. I will definitely come back.

What a superb time I spent in Lote 4. Before arriving, the host has given me a lot of info and proved to be very helpful. The check-in was smooth & the place spectacular. Close to 5ta Ave but not that close to be bothered by its noise. The room was fairly comfy. I cooked most of the days. The pool was always clean. The patio is large enough to get a good amount of sun from 9:45 to 5ish. That's what I was looking for. Special mention for Marvin, VERY helpful & friendly, good source of info & tips

Perfect! The property is fantastic, I loved absolutely everything about it. The common areas were clean and obviously well loved. The room was everything I needed and more. Details are important to the hosts and it shows everywhere on the property, inside and out. The location is truly the best, close to everything but quiet. I caught myself sleeping way more than usual, it's very peaceful. Lastly the hosts are gracious, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The trip would not have been the same without Pop the greeter and lady of the house! I'm already planning my next stay! Thanks again Carl and Jeroen, keep doing exactly as you are doing..... the best!

I had a great stay. The facility is very clean and it was built and decorated with great attention to detail. In the studios you are going to find everything you need to be comfortable and the pool in the common area is really nice and clean. It is located just a couple of blocks from "la quinta avenida" but in an area that is quiet and safe. Jeroen and Carl were great hosts and they help you with anything you need, including great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit during your stay in Playa del Carmen. I recommend this place to anybody and if you are looking for a place which focus on the LGBTQ community, this is where you want to be.

Thank you to Jeroen for his hospitality and empathy. He does everything possible to make you comfortable and succeeds. His studio is simply 5-star with boutique hotel details like the beautiful honey gel bath kit, very pleasant sheets and pillows, comfortable beach, pool and bath towels, all of great quality. The kitchen is very complete and functional. There is purified water, laundry gel, oil... The common area is charming, with its pool, loungers, plants and soft music that makes it difficult to want to leave the complex... The area is very central and beautiful close to the beach and nightlife, but very peaceful at the same time.... We were very comfortable and Jeroen was the best host, before arriving he answered our questions very quickly via ********. His little dog Bob is a sweetheart too. We'll be back.

Such a great place to stay. The room was clean, the bed really comfortable, the place is absolutely lovely and the host really thoughtful and friendly, always making sure we were okay. Me and my boyfriend are very glad we found Lote 4, a great place to stay. We definitely will be back soon.
