Private doubleroom with bathroom and kitchenette close to Las Palapas

Excellent location on a quiet street, while being close to shops and bars like 11:11 and Laser. The studio is spacious, featuring a large bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Some effort in decoration would make it more welcoming (small table and 2 chairs, and wall decoration) and ideal for guaranteed success, as the location is really top-notch.

I highly recommend this place. Adolfo, the owner, is extremely kind. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities one needs for a pleasant stay. The staff was exceptional. They were kind, efficient, and always willing to help with any question or request. The location is ideal, very close to the main tourist attractions and with easy access to public transportation. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip!

Adolfo responded quickly to the messages. The room was clean when we arrived. The house has a great location in the center of Cancun very close to LGBT sites in Cancun: the 11:11 club.... Adolfo, very kindly, was able to introduce us to another host who showed us the gay scene in Cancun, it was so much fun! There is a coffee maker in the room (Adolfo gave us coffee). There is also a small refrigerator that we used as well. There is a microwave and a TV but we didn't use them. The bed is comfortable and the sheets were clean. The air conditioning is good.
