Diego's room

Sergio's room was clean and the location is prime to a more calm and laid back part of town. He gave me great suggestions upon arrival, speaks 4.5 languages, and is very open minded. Just down the street you can find ruins, tours, and very reasonably priced seafood.

The house is clean, comfortable, lots of plants on the terraces. Good communication with Manuel. Located in a quiet subdivision with a security gate. A few nice local restaurants at the end of the street (two minute walk) and two small shops nearby. Manuel recommended using a shuttle service to get there from the airport. 10 minute walk to one of the ferry ports to Isla Mujeres, where I spent two of the six days I was in Mexico. Restaurants close at 7pm. Neighborhood is quiet, mostly locals/families at the beach. If you're looking for nightlife, there isn't really any around, which was ok for me. Uber would not pick up at the location, but there is a Mexican version called Didi that I found out about from other guests. Taxi services are also available. Good place to have some relaxing days in Mexico. Gracias Manuel y Diego for having me as your guest!

Manuel was a wonderful host - quick to respond to my messages, welcoming, and there if I needed anything during my stay. The location is a 10-15minute taxi ride from the downtown area in a small secure residential area, just over the road from the beach. The terminal for Isla Mujeres is a few minutes walk away, a great day trip. There are some local restaurants and a small convenience store nearby. The house is large with two garden terraces that overlook a jungle reserve. The room is large, clean and has it's own bathroom and A/C. I would certainly return if I pass through Cancun again.

Manuel's place was even better than I expected. It had an airy feel and a great terrace. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were high quality. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is very large, the bedroom too, it's close to the beach in a gated and secure community. Even though my flight arrived late, there was no problem with the arrival time. In the morning I chatted with the hosts, they are very attentive. I only stayed 1 night, I would have liked to stay longer.
